    ES-KSN’s third generation of vertical dryer is firstly showen at CIPPE. Vertical dryer is also called vertical centrifuge as it uses the centrifugal force to deal with oil-based mud and synthetic-based mud. KOSUN Vertical Cuttings Dryer is able to make OCC≤5°.

    New designs

    1. Air knife is firstly installed the dryer which is consistently used for cleaning the screen during the work to prevent the viscous oil-based mud from blocking the screen. Precision design for angle and distance make sure air knife efficiently wipe out the sticky mud on the screen.

    2. Cleaning pump will provide the high pressure water and vertical angle effectively to get rid of accumulated solids in the screen

    3. Two augers are equipped at the bottom to continually transport disposal solids to the site which is suitable for handling a large amount of mud.

    4. Oil cooling and lubrication system ensures the long operation life and reliable motor performance.

    14th China International Petroleum Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition(CIPPE 2014) commenced today at New China International Exhibition Center in Beijing. Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd.(KOSUN) attended this event with 8 new products such as, Black Rhino Shale Shaker, Black Rhino Mud Cleaner, etc.

     

     

    This time, KOSUN displayed 8 equipment: Black Rhino Shale Shaker, Black Rhino Mud Cleaner, dc355 Decanter Centrifuge, dc550 Decanter Centrifuge, Centrifugal Pump, Vertical Centrifuge, Screw Pump. Among them, Black Rhino Shale Shaker, dc355 Decanter Centrifuge, dc550 Decanter Centrifuge, Vertical Centrifuge were newly launched.     On Mar 20th, with waving colorful flags and teaming crowds at New China International Exhibition Center, 14th China International Petroleum Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition(CIPPE), the largest worldwide oil exhibition, is in its full swing.     The exhibitors resorts to “the unexpected”, like art performances, charming models and massive screen advertisements for more attention. However, the most eye-attracting are the new equipment and technologies on display. No doub, “NEW” is the major feature this year.

     

     

    At the same time, continuous highlights have been shown from Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd.(KOSUN), who also puts some innovative touches onto its stand.

     

     

    Eight new equipment on display

    The biggest one is to showcase eight new equipment, apart from the old Centrifugal Pump and DC355 Decanter Centrifuge. Black Rhino Shale Shaker, DG70-1 Screw Pump, DC530 Decanter Centrifuge, Vertical Centrifuge, Black Rhino Mud Cleaner were all newly developped in the recent years.

     

     

    DC530 Decanter Centrifuge is a new upgrade from the original manufacture techniques, recently innovated and improved in terms of separating effects and efficiency. And another new product, Black Rhino Shale Shaker is transformed on motors, function modulization as well as performance from the old QZS703 and QZS83. Co-sponsored by Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. and ES Company, Vertical Centrifugal also debuted at Beijing CIPPE along with Black Rhino Mud Cleaner and DG70-1 Screw Pump.

    Many customers visited and enquiried at KOSUN stand for the first day. Among them, those from Egypt and Russia expressed strong interest and intention to cooperate.

    In 2013, KOSUN secured the contract of solids control systems with Polish Drilling Company, singalling a substantial step upwards on product quality and services.

    In 2013, American KOSUN Solids Control Equipment Co., Ltd. was established in Houston, Texas, USA, and the brand of Black Rhino was created.

    Recently, KOSUN’s efforts have been better confirmed with consecutive vertifications from API, IADC, CE and ISO9000.

    For the purpose of enhancing the services to overseas customers, KOSUN has set up a marketing company and a services company in Kazakhstan in 2009, acquired stakes of the joint venture in Algeria and then invested in a subsidiary in U.S. in 2013.

    At the Eve of Spring Festival, Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. delicately prepared this visual extravaganza for all the staff who have devoted their wisdom and talents into development of the Company, celebrating the most significant traditional festival in China altogether as well as the achievements made in the bygone year.

  • KOSUN Joins Hands with ES; ES-KSN Joint Venture Started

    On Jan. 18th, 2014, ES-KSN Environmental Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd. (ES-KSN for short), jointly funded by ES and Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd., was formally founded. It is aiming at providing drilling waste management services and R&D, manufacturing and marketing of solids control equipment and waste management equipment, and further extending KOSUN’s industrial chain.
