Successful Closing of KOSUN “Solids Control School” Training

Guide: From August 1st to 20th, 2014, KOSUN held a large-scale training activity at its solids control industrial base in Jingwei Industrial Park, which is called “Solids Control School” Training, aiming to improve comprehensive quality of employees at each post and fulfill the corporate mission of “People Oriented, Technology Spurring Enterprise and Customer Foremost”.

The training for “Solids Control School” lasted 20 days, in which all departments of KOSUN dedicatedly participated, such as Production Department, Technology Department, Sales Departments, After-sales Service Department, etc. and a study and innovation upsurge swept across the KOSUN solids control base in Jingwei Industrial Park.

In particular, after being informed of the forthcoming training for “KOSUN Solids Control School”, the employees stationed in overseas offices and subsidiaries burned with desire to participate and flew from Huston, Aktobe and Moscow respectively back to industrial base of group headquarters for the training.

The training teachers consisted of elite lecturers selected from each department of KOSUN and professional lecturers invited from professional institutes at home and abroad. The courses were divided into three stages, covering such professional knowledge as oil industry knowledge and technical parameters of all solid control equipment at the first stage, such business skills as business etiquette and marketing thinking rebuilding at the second stage, and such corporate culture as development history and product innovation at the last stage.

KOSUN Solids Control Equipment for 20 Rigs Is Successively on Its Way to Russia

At present, KOSUN has signed a contract concerning providing 20 sets of solids control systems and a large number of accessories as well as mud chemicals, and the contract term is two years. The contract of solids control equipment covers 40 LS583 linear shale shakers, 20 MD106 mud cleaners, 20 VD240 vacuum degassers, 20 DC450S centrifuges, 40 CP56-22 centrifugal pumps, 20 CP56-37S centrifugal pumps, 20 G70-1 screw pumps and 20 JM35 jet mud mixers, which is another bulk order won by KOSUN from a well-known Russian drilling corporation, following its cooperation with many famours companies.

The 6th China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE 2014 Shanghai), will take place with China International Offshore Oil & Gas Exhibition (CIOOE) in Shanghai New International Expo Center on August 26-28, 2014. KOSUN Machinery 22nd Team Training Conference

KOSUN Machinery has been focusing on employees cultivating of the comprehensive integrating skills, by regularly holding various training courses of technology, management, marketing ,etc. KOSUN machinery always devotes to building a versatile marketing team.

To make sure that all the KOSUN marketing staff fully be able of understanding the features and performance of the products, not only to offer the better service to our customers, but also to suit our marketing team to the coming selling season, we held. A three-day training, this training includes new products features and performance, technical parameters, marketing skills, business processes, customer service and so on.

Technology R & D center director and technical engineers presented our star-products: Black Rhino Ⅱ series of solid control system and the new drilling waste treatment equipment to the marketing staff , and further expounds the features, performance, installation, debugging, repair and operation ,the possible problems and the trouble shooting methods. Technology R & D center also proposed the 2015 new product innovation design, which was communicated actively around the practical problems encountered in the sales process, we talk about feelings, advice, and many problems were solved or find the answer.

KOSUN machinery also invited a senior marketing consulting and training instructors to teach, Professor Gamal analysis deeply and carefully on the current international situation, domestic oil drilling industry , and introduces several well-known company’s successful brand management and marketing model, proposed us to effectively cope with the current development of the industry challenges, develop new products marketing mode, increase market development efforts, establish and improve the evaluation and related system, continue to strengthen research and development capabilities, expand production capacity at the same time, further enhance customer service quality and service level.

A Famous Russian Drilling Company Paid a Visit to KOSUN Jingwei Solids Control Factory

On June 5th, 2014, the investigation group from a famous Russian drilling company arrived at KOSUN Jingwei Solids Control Factory for in-depth investigation and commercial & technical negotiation lasting two days. Both parties had a profound communication on rig solids control supporting equipment used in the polar regions in the future.

As a key market under KOSUN’s global layout, Russia owns rich oil and gas resources. And, against the background of previous Sino-Russia cooperation in energy filed, Chinese high-quality solids control equipment will be a pressing need in the coming five years. Russia is becoming an overseas market with the greatest potential for Chinese oil and natural gas drilling equipment manufacturers. KOSUN is making more efforts to develop the Russian market.
