  • Linear Shale Shaker Working Principle

    Linear Shale Shaker produce vibration by using inertial exciters. Linear shale shaker used  motor driven exciter, the exciter has two axes, each axis has an eccentric weight, and whirling to the opposite direction. It is also known as biaxial linear shale shaker, the two gears meshing to ensure synchronization. When two eccentric disks rotate, the centrifugal forces F generated by the two eccentric weights cancel each other out in the x-axis and add in the y-axis. As a result, a reciprocating excitation force is generated in the y-axis direction , So that the screen box in the y-axis direction of the reciprocating linear path vibration.

    The surface angle of Linear Shale Shaker is usually below 5 °, the screen surface vibration angle is generally 45 °, the screen surface in the exciter under the action of a straight reciprocating motion.     Micro-tunneling or microtunnelling is a digging technique used to construct small tunnels. These small diameter tunnels make it impossible to have an operator in the machine itself. Instead, the microtunnel boring machine (MTBM) must be operated remotely. Microtunnel boring machines are very similar to tunnel boring machines (TBM) but on a smaller scale. These machines generally vary from 0.61 to 1.5 meters (2 ft 0 in to 4 ft 11 in) but smaller and larger machines have existed. Usually the operator controls the machine from a control room on the surface.

    KOSUN KD series Pipe-jacking Construction Slurry Treatment Plant mainly consists of scalping shaker module, desanding module and desilting module.   • High-frenquence shale shaker in China

    The shale shaker is the first stage of solids control equipment in drilling purification system. It can remove cuttings above 75μm brought from the drilling well to leave the liquid with smaller particles into the tanks below, which will flow into next grade solids control equipment to be treated.

    KOSUN patented shale shaker is an equipment with welded structure. Vibration motor & screen plate base are installed into screen basket with special parts. Screen basket is fixed on the adjustment beam. At each of the four vertexes of the screen basket there is a vibration damping spring, which can prevent the adjoining parts and devices from being affected by the vibration. There are several screen panels on screen basket, and they are fixed and adjusted by snap-on screw bolts and hooking tensioners so that the combined effect of horizontal and vertical supporting bars may provide enough strength for screens basket. And the panels appear in an arched shape, thus making the panels more easily tensioned and more intimately connected with the frames, blessing them with longer service life as well as increasing the processing efficiency of particles.

    Function of Drilling Fluids Purification System:Control and separate the solids in drilling fluids, purify the drilling fluids.

    Drilling Fluids Purification System is also called Solids control system, primarily applied for solids control and solid-fluid separation in drilling fluids so that the drilling mud might be recycled. Consisted of 3-7 module composite tanks and configured with 4 phases of purification equipment, it is fit for 2000-7000 meter oil drilling processes.

  • Oil-base Mud Zero Discharge Treatment

    Oil-base Mud Zero Discharge Treatment Operating principles:
    Oil-base mud cuttings enter the top hopper of vertical centrifuge and fall onto its internal separation area. The internal cone rotates at a high speed of 900RPM and generates a centrifugal force of 430G. For density difference between liquid and solids, mud is hurled out of surface of drilling cuttings and passes through screens, and solids are retained inside the screens. And then, liquid is discharged from the liquid outlet and dry solids are discharged from the bottom of equipment.
