  • KOSUN MTBM Slurry Separation Plant

    Black Rhino KD series MTBM slurry separation plant of KOSUN Environmental mainly consists of shale shaker, desander, gravel pump and tapered tank. The shake shaker is equipped with coarse and fine screens, the coarse screens can remove coarse particles from mud, and the fine screens on desander and shake shaker can remove smaller granulated sand.

  • KOSUN won the bid of Russian CCK Bidding project

    In April 2018, KOSUN won the bid of Russian CCK (Siberian Oil Service Company) bidding project. In the winning bidder, KOSUN will be responsible for the completion of the construction of the low-temperature mud solids control system. The system will offers services to Irkutsk Oil Company. CCK is a Siberian oil service company and one of the well-known drilling service companies in Russia.

    After two months of emergency production, KOSUN has finished the main tailings treatment system equipment for Mumbai Metro Shield Project in India. It is waiting for customer acceptance.

  • KOSUN 5 sets Slurry Separation System used in Guangzhou Subway Project

    In April 2018, during the construction of the subway in Guangdong, China, KOSUN 5 sets KD-500 Slurry Separation System were used for the construction of the double-wheel trench cutter underground continuous wall. This system belongs to our high-end customized products. The maximum throughput can reach 500 cubic meters per hour, and the separation granularity can reach 30-40 microns. A larger amount of processing capacity and high quality slurry for reuse ensured the fast driving of the double-wheel trench cutter.

    Vertical Cuttings Dryer provides operators a important advantage in meeting more and more tight environmental rules for cuttings disposal. The flow of cuttings into the VERTI-G appliance is PLC-controlled and unceasingly fed to yield optimum liquid/ solid separation. Once cuttings area unit introduced into the dryer’s charge hopper, wide spaced, severally adjustable flights unceasingly direct cuttings to the shaker screen surface.

VERTI-G Cuttings Dryers is very efficient and long lasting as these products are manufactured using high-grade stainless steel obtained from the top vendors. To meet the requirements of our valued clients, we are able to offer these products in various specifications.
     
    The     Vertical Cuttings Dryer makes its contribution with its innovative process after the shale shaker completes its task. Cuttings that pass over the shaker typically have an average of 30% to 50% ROC (Retention on Cuttings) when they enter the proprietary auger system and begin to cycle through the VERTI-G cuttings dryer. The initial processing is done with a vertical cutting dryer that utilizes centrifugal force to take advantage of their differing densities to separate the largest portion of the remaining drilling fluid from the cuttings. The processed cuttings are discharged from the vortex dryer into the adjacent shale bin, and then have an average ROC between 4% and 7% once processing is complete. This ROC percentage represents cuttings suitable for immediate disposal requiring minimal if any further stabilization. Processed waste material is lighter, less toxic and is a more cost-efficiency.

  • KOSUN Tail Slurry Treatment Processing

    1.Collection unit. Drilling waste sludge enters the screw conveyor through the solid control equipment, and adds water to dilute and mix. Drilling waste sludge through screw conveyor enters the gravel separation washing and stirring device, after stirring and spiral separation, a large number of inorganic particles, small rock blocks, and rock fragments contained in the slurry are separated, thereby reducing the influence of the substances on subsequent processing to keep the waste mud better fluidity. After separation and treatment, the slurry is pumped into the slurry storage and stirring tank, and the treatment agent is added at the same time. After stirring and mixing, the pump is lifted and sent to the second processing unit.


    2.Solid-liquid separation unit. In order to reduce the moisture content and contaminants of the mud cake, it is indispensable to add a treatment agent and multiple agitation washings. After chemical treatment and multiple stirring and washing, the pollutants contained in the mud are washed into the water. If there are petroleum pollutants, they must be treated by the degreasing device before the oil is recovered. The degreasing mud is pumped into the centrifuge for mud,Water separation, separation of solids in the mud can be achieved after discharge. The separated water enters the collection tank and then pumped up to the third processing unit.

    3.Wastewater treatment unit. The content of suspended solids after centrifugation is relatively high. Through suspended flotation and filtration systems, the suspended solids contained in the water are removed to reduce the organic content in the wastewater, and then the reverse osmosis system is used for concentration treatment. The standard wastewater from reverse osmosis is returned to the water tank and pumped back for use in production. The condensed small amount of liquid can also be treated by evaporative crystallization. Crystalline salt can be sold to salt chemical production companies, turning waste into treasure.
