Three of the Five Sets of KOSUN Solids Control System Offered for Yantai Jereh to Be Delivered Soon

On Dec 20th, two sets of KOSUN Solids Control Systems delivered to Yantai Jereh were being packed and loaded in KOSUN Jingwei Solids Control System Factory, meantime, another set was also in the process of being packed in KOSUN Yongle Oil Drilling Circulating System Factory. According to the Sales Department, KOSUN offered totally five sets of solids control systems to Yantai Jereh, three among which were about to be sent soon.

It is reported that Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. and Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group have reached the agreement and signed the contract about five sets of solids control systems at the end of September.

On Dec 20th, to-be-delivered solids control system is being packed. The workman is labeling the equipment.

Located in Yantai China, Yantai Jereh Oilfield Services Group is mainly capable of the production completion well drilling equipment; production of natural gas purification, transportation, liquefaction, injection equipment as well as oilfield engineering technique services and construction services, and is quite renowned for its portfolio of solutions on complete oilfield equipment.

KOSUN Cup Basketball & Badminton Game Successfully Ends

On Dec 14th, the 1st KOSUN Cup Basketball & Badminton Game opened the prelude in Shui’an Garden Stadium located in Jingwei New District, which congregated participants from KOSUN’s office in Gaoxin District, Jingwei Solids Control Equipment Factory and Yongle Solids Control Equipment Factory.

“The 1st KOSUN Cup Basketball Friendly” blew its starting whistle at 10 a.m. when Gaoxin Office Team and Factory League began to go head to head in Shui’an Garden Stadium. Though it was in the depth of cold winter outside, it was going ahead at full steam inside, with both team fighting physically sometimes by a cute pass and sometimes by a wonderful perimeter shot, passing the basketball flexibly and rapidly via the hands and basket. At last, Gaoxin Office Team outclassed Factory League at 55-40 in the game.

Besides, the visiting European client who came for negotiation on cooperation in KOSUN’s factory also had the chance to watch the game and to take the group photos with the players.

In the afternoon, it was the turn for KOSUN’s “I AM KING OF BADMINTON” game to begin. 8 players competed fiercely with each other in the Stadium and 3 of them won over the others.

KOSUN Passes ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification Audit

READ: On Dec 13th, KOSUN smoothly passed the in-situ auditing of ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification conducted by Baer International Certification Center. This meant that Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. has got the “Green Permit” into international market.

On Dec 13th, KOSUN smoothly passed the in-situ auditing of ISO14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS18001 Occupation Health Safety Management System Certification conducted by Baer International Certification Center. This meant that Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. has got the “Green Permit” into international market.

ISO14001, called ISO14001 Environmental Management System Certification in full, mainly defines the conformity assessment performed by a third-party certification organization based on ISO14001 standards. It is the standards issued by International Standardization Organization and subject to ISO14000 standard family. It was originally issued in 1996 for the first time and was reviewed by ISO ( International Standardization Organization ) in 2004. Its newest version is ISO14001-2004.

KOSUN Monthly Online Now

On Nov 28th, KOSUN’s first monthly was finally put online after one-month group discussion and efforts as well as emendations done by the technique team, art designing team, graphic designing team and editing team of EC Department.

Right after the announcement, EC Department immediately set up a project team extending to the members from technique team, art designing team, graphic designing team and editing team. KOSUN New Staff Sucessfully Graduate from Outward Bound School

On the afternoon of Nov 28th, a 50-people bus took a group of trainees to Qingxin Yard Outward Bound School where they would go through tough training programmes for the next two days. They were recently recruited staff from Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd..

After several-month adjustment to the new working environment, the new-comers were given the chance to be more acquainted mutually. The company decided to organize a two-day Outward Bound at the end of November at the foot of Qing Ranges in order to enhance bi- and multi-lateral communication among staff and to teach them team work spirit.

Outward Bound is also called Experiential Learning. The name derives from a nautical expression that refers to the moment a ship leaves the pier, it will set out for unexpected journey therein many challenges will occur to it. Generally, Outward Bound programs aim to foster the personal growth and social skills of participants by using challenging expeditions in the outdoors.

These days turned out to be ever unforgettable and meaning since the staff not only have tossed a ball 300 times by a huge drum controlled by almost 20 people via strings, but also have tried walking on 3-cm-diameter steel wire hanging 8 meters high hand in hand with another person, whose degree of difficulty stunned every one at first but later was surmounted by collective efforts of team. They learnt to obey, they learnt to cooperate, and they were taught to serve and help.

During the visit, the Middle-Eastern client had a thourough inspection in KOSUN factory about its capability, technological prowess, R&D ability, sales team, after-sale services and so on. Through inspection and communication, the Middle-Eastern client took a heavy interest in KOSUN and finally decided to make KOSUN her company’s qualified supplier.

This time, the Middle-Eastern client made the final decision of two sets of DC 355 Variable Frequency Centrifuge and talked about the basic technical details of the bulk centrifuges and system for next year.

The Middle-East Region has always been an important partner overseas ever since KOSUN obtained the right to operate import and export trade in 2007. The Black Rhino Series being manufactured mainly contains Shale Shaker and Centrifuge Series. Black Rhino Linear Shale Shakers generally fall into such two types as LS703 and LS833, the first stage equipment for drilling fluids solids control system KOSUN delicately made of best materials and by latest processes. They have the advantages of large capacity, easy operation and maintenance, functional modulization which makes configuration more flexible, etc.

KOSUN ZJ50 Drilling Solids Control System Passes European Guest Acceptance

On Nov 14th, KOSUN ZJ50 Drilling Solids Control System supported to some European drilling company passed the acceptance of clients. As planned, the system is supposed to be delivered by truck to European drilling worksite by the end of November.

This system has been ordered from KOSUN at the end of August by European clients. Before that, they consecutively contacted several Chinese and foreign solids control factories with the demands for CE certificate and ATEX certificate. After communications and comparisons, KOSUN finally beat the others in terms of product quality and price and won the order.

On Nov 12th, 31 young “guests” visited KOSUN Yongle Solids Control System Factory. They were recently recruited into Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd., which organized this study visit in factory especially for them to have a thorough knowledge of products and for their convenience at work.

Led by the technician, the staff saw ZJ50 Solids Control System to be sent to Europe very soon and the products in Black Rhino Series on that day. During the vist, the technician made a detailed demonstration on such solids control equipment as Shale Shaker, Decanter Centrifuge, Mud Cleaner, Desilter, Desander, Vaccum Degasser, etc. and had a good communication with new staff who thereof understood more about company products.

Prior to this, another half-month study tour in factory was also organized by HR Department for some new staff to know process flows and product features via long-term communication with workers. Then were followed by the product trainings for all new-comers as well as consequent examinations. All these together deepened their understanding of products. This time, they, who failed to participate in the previous factory training, also observed the products in person, getting a better understanding of the products and company.

Big Success of KOSUN Market Expanding in Mexico

On 29th October, two clients from a subsidiary of PEMEX came to visit our factories in Xi’an. After viewing the several production lines in Xi’an Jingwei Solid Control Equipment Factory and Xi’an Yongle Solid Control System Factory, the clients showed great satisfaction with KOSUN’s capabilities in manufacturing oil drilling solid control equipments, as well as the good quality and excellent workmanship of the equipment.

In fact, these clients has been in contact with KOSUN since June of 2013, and sent an inquiry for 2 sets of solid control system in August. After keeping contact through phone and email for several months, the clients decided to come to visit KOSUN’s factories and also wanted to make the final decision for purchasing 2 sets of solids control system. Because of our good quality products and superior service, the clients reached a cooperation agreement with KOSUN and signed a cooperation memorandum with our International Business Director Mr. Toby on 30th. What’s more, the clients promise to help KOSUN to promote its solid control equipment in Mexican market, and also show their expectation to be the exclusive agent of KOSUN in Mexico. For future cooperation, the Mexican clients suggest KOSUN go to visit their workshop in Mexico and build a joint company with them in the local market.

The clients have left Xi’an on 31st, and we are now busy preparing the 2 sets of solid control systems for them. Though we still need to wait for the final decision of the 2 sets of solid control system, but the recognition of the clients means our equipment can be well accepted in South American Market.
