    From 20th to 22nd August 2013, the 5th China (Shanghai) International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition ( CIPPE ), as the largest petrochemical exhibition in Asia, was held in CIOOE of Shanghai. The total area of the 5th Exhibition is up to 35,000m2, and over 450 domestic and foreign petrochemical enterprises attended the exhibition.   • KOSUN Jingwei Solids Control Equipment Factory Completely Upgraded and Retrofitted

    READ: From 15 June to 24 July in 2013, KOSUN invested a great sum of funds into the complete upgrading and retrofitting of Jingwei Solids Control Equipment Factory Block in order to further its sophisticated management, to increase its corporate benefits, to strengthen its core competition and to build up KOSUN’ s international brand.

    From 15 June to 24 July in 2013, KOSUN invested a great sum of funds into the complete upgrading and retrofitting of Jingwei Solids Control Equipment Factory Block in order to further its sophisticated management, to increase its corporate benefits, to strengthen its core competition and to build up KOSUN’ s international brand. This transforming move mainly included the betterment of workshops, staff dormitories, staff canteen and environment of the whole factory block. Now, the newly transformed workshop, the neater working environment and the complete meticulous management have been very much praised and recognized among all the staff in company.

    Only when “strictness, meticulousness, honesty, perseverance” are well carried out, can the upgrading on sophisticated management be facilitated. Only when much importance is attached on details, can the management become effective. Only when all the details and sectors are carefully transformed, can the managerial benefits be maximized. Based on these three points, this retrofitting move should start from the tiny details. Now, the newly transformed factory block has taken on a new appearance, which is well-ordered and methodical. All the garbage is collected and managed segregatedly and all the safety signs posted. Inside the workshops, all the processed parts are put on the new wooden pallets sitting beside the lathes, and moreover a over-one-meter-high white drawing frame is installed next to each lath so that it will be more convenient for workers to read the drawing sheets.

    At the same time, the staff dorms were also retrofitted. New bedside table, storage box and chairs are added. Considering the difficulty the worker met while washing the clothes, some washing machines are also installed. Generally speaking, everything is displayed tidily and floor swept cleanly in the transformed dorms.

    What is more, staff’s board was improved, too. A list of meals is posted on the bulletin of the factory canteen, offering details of the foods provided to the workers from Mondays to Fridays. The canteen crew says to us that they will change the list every week, make sure there is meat in every meal and there are a lot of varieties. At present, though it has already early autumn, the leadership in factory still personally instructs support staff to send cooked green bean soup to workshops so that workers’ fitness is guaranteed and sunstroke prevention well done.

    On January 4, 2013, KOSUN exported 1000 pieces of shale shaker screens used in oil and gas drilling to an oilfield service company in Alberta, Canada.     At the beginning of 2013, KOSUN signed a contract with Sichuan Honghua Oil & Gas Engineering and Technology Services Co., Ltd. concerning 7 sets of 2000HP Onshore Rig Mud Solids Control Systems in Xi’an China. The technical team of Honghua assessed the factory twice and communicated with the technical department of Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. many times. And finally they decided upon KOSUN as the manufacturer to complete the 7 sets of 2000HP Onshore Rig Solids Control Systems. This contract marked another increase of solids control parts share of Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. as China’s drilling solids control leader in the drilling equipment market and also marked the domination of KOSUN in the newly-increased drilling solids control parts market in China.

     

    Xi’an KOSUN Signed a Contract with Honghua Group on 7 Sets of 2000HP Rig Solid Control Systems

    Honghua Oil & Gas Engineering and Technology Services Co., Ltd. is one of the wholly-owned subsidiaries established by Honghua Group and is professionally engaged in drilling engineering technical services at present. We learn that the 7 sets of 2000HP Onshore Rig Supporting Systems will be used to exploit oil and gas fields in the northern Shaanxi and Inner Mongolia, where the drilling contractors mainly include CNPC, Baker Hughes and Schlumberger Limited.

  • The Mud Purification System of KOSUN Helps Australian Coalbed Methane Development

    In October 2012, KOSUN formally signed a contract with an Australian Coalbed Methane Service Company concerning the cooperative development of local coalbed methane and crossing projects. The mud system provided by KOSUN for the company will be used for the development of coalbed methane in Queensland in North Australia. The company has had a long-term cooperation with Arrow Energy, the second largest coalbed methane company in Australia, and expected to build a strategic partnership with KOSUN to jointly develop the Australian market.

    The procurement standards of Australian integrated systems are very stringent. For the mud system matched with Australian 450 rig, KOSUN discussed and communicated with the client about several technical standards.   • KOSUN Wins Two Solids Control System of XJ750 Workover Rig

    After KOSUN won 2 sets of fully configured 70D Solids Control System from GWDC, KOSUN signed another contract of 750 Workover Rig Solids Control Equipment with national drilling contractor in Egypt. In doing so, KOSUN has further opened markets in North Africa, and also created a new international market pattern.

  • KOSUN Solids Control Factory ( Kazakhstan ) Completion

    KOSUN’s solids control factory in Kazakhstan was built and put to operation on 7th April, 2012. This factory is located in MTS TRAKTOR CO., LTD., 312 Infantry Division District, Aktobe, Kazakhstan.

    The successful completion of KOSUN factory in Kazakhstan indicates another achievement in KOSUN international brand marketing, marking the unique advantage of direct service for Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan, Russia, Ukraine, Azerbaijan, Iran and other oil& gas production countries.
