  • Successful Holding of Drilling Waste Management Seminar by ES-KSN OILFIELD SERV. CO., LTD. Affiliated to KOSUN

    On March 27, 2015, ES-KSN OILFIELD SERV. CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as ES-KSN), a China-Egypt joint venture affiliated to KOSUN, successfully held “Drilling Waste Management Seminar” at E203 conference room in China International Exhibition Center (new exhibition hall) in Beijing. Technical support for the seminar was provided by Xi’an Oil & Gas Drilling Waste Management Engineering Center. 
     
    Subject of the seminar is “‘Zero Discharge’ of Chinese Drilling Waste Management—the Optimal Solution”. At the beginning of the seminar, ES-KSN project manager made an opening speech, followed by ES-KSN business manager’s systematic lecture on current drilling waste management in China, waste management difficulties confronted by drilling service providers, different drilling waste management technological processes, system solutions,  field cases and the value ES-KSN can bring to its customers.

    Recently, three KOSUN DC355 centrifuges  ordered by a famous South Asian oil company have successfully arrived at Shenzhen Port for shipment. This is the second time for the customer to buy solids control equipment from KOSUN, following its previous purchase order of centrifuge in June 2014.

    This customer visited KOSUN’s booth at CIPPE in 2014 and spoke highly of KOSUN’s corporate values and solids control equipment. A preliminary cooperation intention was reached through negotiations, and they purchased the first KOSUN DC450L centrifuge in June 2014. According to the customer’s feedback, KOSUN centrifuge runs stably on drilling site with excellent performance and easy maintenance, which fully meets their use requirements. In December 2014, the customer sent their need for solids control equipment again. After repeated technical discussions, KOSUN customizes three DC355 centrifuges as per the customer’s requirements and they are about to be shipped.

    At the end of February, 2015, Robert, product development manager of Martin Engineering Group, and two technical personnel paid a visit to Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. 
     
    Mr. Robert watched the manufacturing process of shake shaker in KOSUN workshop and discussed technical details with our engineers. Martin mechanical engineers also raised different questions concerning processing technology of shale shaker steel structures, and received all replies from KOSUN engineers.
