  • Common Equipment for Drilling waste management

    Along with continuously enhanced environmental requirements, the requirements on cuttings treatment on drilling sites are more and more higher. The technology of mud zero discharge can not only solve the field environmental problems well, but also conduct a secondary recovery of waste generated by solids control system on sites, thus maximizing the reservation of useful mud.   • KOSUN Tailing Slurry Treatment System Facilitating Tailing Environmental Sound Treatment of Mining Industry in Southeast Asia

    A few days ago, the tailing slurry treatment system customized by KOSUN for a customer in Southeast Asia smoothly arrived at an overseas operation site. Now, the system is ready for complete unit assembling and debugging.

    The tailing slurry treatment system will be applied to environmental treatment of bauxite tailings. Previously, KOSUN conducted several tests on the materials provided by the customer, analyzed material particle sizes and proportion data in ore solution, combined the treatment requirements of the customer and finally decided to adopt three-stage treatment for solid-liquid separation in ore washing wastewater. This scheme can meet the requirements on liquid recycling, solid recovery or transport, and offer the customer with one-stop tailing slurry treatment solution of equipment and treatment process. The system mainly consists of desilter, shaker, large-capacity decanter centrifuge, etc. and the handling capacity of each set can reach 80~110m3/hr. With the highest cost performance, the system will yield the most superior tailing treatment effect for the customer.
