  • The 11th Expo Ending Successfully

    Through three-day exhibition, exchange and negotiation, China (Xi’an) International Science & Technology Industry Expo 2016 completes all scheduled agendas and ends successfully at Xi’an Qujiang International Conference & Exhibition Center on the afternoon of August 14.

    This Expo integrates industry resources and provides exhibitors with a broad platform of new product promotion, brand marketing, interactive experience and cultural presentation, while laying emphasis on comprehensive benefits of the industry development.     China International Petroleum & Petrochemical Technology and Equipment Exhibition (CIPPE) is a regular meeting in the international petroleum & petrochemical industry and is a show with the globally highest level and certified by the Union of International Fairs (UFI), which is held in Beijing in spring and in Shanghai in autumn. CIPPE (Shanghai) has been successfully held for seven times and the CIPPE 2015 attracted 520 enterprises from 52 countries and regions including USA, Germany, Italy, Russia, France, Singapore, etc. The exhibition area exceeded 38,000m2.

  • KOSUN HDD Mud Purification and Waste Treatment Project Successfully Ending

    KOSUN HDD Project- Sinopec Feiyun River Directional Drilling Tail Slurry Treatment System begins its field installation and debugging on July 12, 2016, and finishes its debugging and starts its operating test at 14:00 p.m. on the afternoon of July 21. The test process goes smoothly, the equipment runs well, waste mud is treated properly, liquid is clear and transparent and the national discharge standards are met. After being compressed and dried, solid sludge can reach an ideal state for carrying away. The handling capacity can also meet the requirements of the customer, the treatment effect is highly recognized by Party A and the customer, and the customer thinks highly of KOSUN products and expects future cooperation with KOSUN again.
     

    The test ends at 17:00 p.m. on that day, the equipment smoothly passes the acceptance check, and the HDD project successfully comes to an end.
     
    HDD Mud Recycling and Waste Treatment System is designed and developed to meet the trenchless technical requirements and is used to purify and treat mud returned from the underground in the process of horizontal directional crossing. Solids control equipment, like shale shaker and mud cleaner, separates large-sized cuttings, mud mixing device adds required mud materials and stirs them evenly to make mud reach the performance requirements for reuse, and then mud pump transports the mud into HDD system for recycling.
     
    The difference of this system from the ordinary lies in waste treatment system. After being treated by this HDD tail slurry waste treatment system, the tail slurry can reach the discharge requirements and is unanimously accepted by Party A and the customer. So, the system makes outstanding contributions to environmental improvement in engineering construction.

     

  • KOSUN Holding 2016 Fire Safety Knowledge Lecture and Fire Drill

    In order to further popularize fire safety knowledge and enhance fire safety awareness of staff, KOSUN holds a fire safety knowledge lecture and a fire drill on the morning of July 27, 2016.
     

                                                                     
    This fire safety lecture and drill mainly cover the following contents:

    1. Recent serious fire cases analysis to further understand the importance of safety;

    2. Fire prevention and means of escape for multistory and high-rise buildings to enhance the self-rescue ability in fires in buildings;

    3. How to effectively cope with emergencies and organize and effectively evacuate staff to work out evacuation and escape plans and improve handling and self-rescue abilities in emergencies according to the working environment of KOSUN;

    4. Matters needing attention to electricity and gas use as well as elevator safety in office and living places;

    5. Fire protection measures and how to escape in buses and preventive measures on trips and in public venues to increase the awareness of “Two Preventions and One Theft” and enhance handling and self-rescue abilities of staff in emergencies in public venues;

    6. Allocation and use methods of common fire equipment to enhance practical operating skills;

    7. Fire prevention of construction industry and flammables and explosives.

    Through this fire safety knowledge lecture and fire drill, KOSUN staff enhance their fire safety awareness and improve their firefighting skills, which is conducive to removing hidden dangers, guaranteeing safe production and achieving zero accident in production.

  • Three Sets of KOSUN Tailing Treatment Systems Delivered to a Customer in Southeast Asia

     Recently, KOSUN has manufactured three sets of tailing treatment systems customized for a customer and has shipped them to Southeast Asia, and these systems will be used at the tailing treatment site.

     
    The waste slurry treatment systems are to be applied in bauxite tailing treatment. According to the analysis of KOSUN about the customer’s material experiment, particle size and content of material in ore solution and some other data, and by combining the customer’s specific requirements, KOSUN finally decides to adopt two-stage treatment and provide the customer with one-stop tailing treatment solution of equipment and treatment process so as to realize the solid-liquid separation of ore washing waste water and reach the requirements of recovering liquid and recycling or carrying away solids. The system mainly consists of desilter, high-capacity decanter centrifuge, etc. and is capable of providing top-quality tailing treatment results for the customer, and the capacity of one set is up to 80~110m3/h.
