Traditional cuttings dryer only applies to drying treatment of OBM(oil based mud )cuttings worldwide and cannot meet drying treatment requirements of WBM (water based mud )cuttings. Screen blockage occurs frequently, which results in service failure of cuttings dryer in water-based mud field.

Recently, KOSUN has delivered shaker screens to a well-known European coal slurry treatment company by air in order to meet customer’s urgent demand. At present, this batch of screens has been put into use, with customer’s good feedback received afterwards. Flat screens were finally determined as substitute for one famours international solids control brand’s shale shaker after one-week communication and selection. After knowing more about KOSUN and paying a visit to our factory, the customer preferred KOSUN solids control equipment for its stable and outstanding working performance, reached a preliminary cooperative intention and purchased a batch of KOSUN LS703 shale shakers for the first time in November 2013. The customer gave feedback that KOSUN shale shakers had stable and excellent performance on well sites. At the beginning of 2015, the customer sent his demands for solids control equipment again. Over repeated technical communication between two parties, KOSUN customized several LS703 shale shakers with high capacity according to the requirements of the customer.
