  • How to extend the service life of vacuum degasser?

The equipment belongs to the negative pressure degasser, scientific and reasonable design structure, can realize the effective separation of gas and liquid, filter out impurities, and ensure that the gas pipe is always smooth.

     
    How to extend the service life of the vacuum degasser? You can follow the following principles:
     
    1. When working, check the vacuum meter at any time and adjust the pressure reducing valve so that the vacuum degree is between 0.03 and 0.05 to ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Before entering the gas layer, it must ensure normal operation.
     
    2. After use, the rotor and suction pipe in the vacuum tank should be washed. Cut off the power supply, remove the visual plug plate (and oval flange plug plate), check whether the parts are damaged, and remove foreign matter in the tank, wash the tank wall and rotor with high pressure water pipe.
     
    3. The vacuum tank top cover of the vacuum degasser should be cleaned once a week to avoid debris blocking the gas channel. The gas collection chamber and foam separator on the top cover can be washed with clean water. When flushing, disconnect the vacuum line, remove the wire plug and gauge base, and insert the high-pressure water pipe for 3 to 5 minutes each time.
     
    4. The above cleaning work should be carried out after each drilling to ensure normal use again.
     
    5, every other month to the main shaft bearing grease filling amount of 250-300mL.
     
    6, for the vacuum pump, should often check the work of bearings and lubrication under normal working bearings than the surrounding temperature of 15 to 20 degrees. When the operating temperature of the vacuum degasser is higher than 30 degrees, check the vacuum meter at any time, replace the water in the steam separator in time, and keep the water temperature no more than 35 degrees.
     
    7. After the vacuum degasser is used in winter, the water in the water separator and pump should be discharged in time to prevent freezing and cracking. After repairing and removing the vacuum pump, pay attention to the concentricity of the coupling during installation.
