Following the successful provision of two sets of solids control systems of 70D Rig for Sino-Kazakhstan Great Wall Drilling Company, Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. provides a complete set of Low-temperature Solids Control System of 50D Rig for a certain project of Sino-Kazakhstan Great Wall Drilling Company in Kazakhstan again in June 2013. By June 15th, all equipment have been delivered to Lanzhou Petroleum & Chemical Machinery Works under National Oilwell Varco ( NOV ) for assembling with the rig.
According to the requirements of Kazakhstan, the complete set of Low Temperature Solids Control System of 50D Rig must be adapted to the low temperature working condition at minus 40oC. For this project, KOSUN provided the Low-temperature Solids Control System, including: High-G Linear Shale Shaker, Centrifuge, Desander, Desilter, Efficient Mud Cleaner, Vacuum Degasser, Wellsite Standardized Circuit, Diesel Tank, Water Tank, MCC Room, etc.

KOSUN applies low-temperature-resistant materials to critical components of all solids control equipment as well as electrical components and cables of Wellsite Standardized Circuit and in MCC Room, and provides the latest cold-proof and heating techniques for the system. The successful export of the whole set of low temperature solids control system of 50D Rig marks that the technologies of KOSUN in the field supporting low temperature rig have been very mature and stable and been extensively recognized by customers in extremely cold areas.

The 12th CIPPE Exhibition was held in the new National Exhibition Center in Beijing on March 19th, 2012. On that day, KOSUN signed full set contract of solids control recycling system for 3000 meters rig with Mongolian clients.

Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd., together with BP, started the drilling project which is the first deep well drilling in Tajikistan site. KOSUN is responsible for supplying the whole set of solids control system as well as its assembly and debugging. On the launching day, the prime minister of Tajikistan came to cut the ribbon at the opening ceremony.
With the development for 20 years, KOSUN has accumulated rich experience in sales and service of solids control system and equipment both at home and abroad. KOSUN is in the possession of a professional solids control engineer team which can provide the latest and best drilling fluids system solution.
Tajikistan locates in the Mid-Asia, where there is little water and the transportation is not convenient. This drilling project is in the remotest region and the operation situation is more complex, but KOSUN equipment and after-sale engineers accomplished the service with high quality and excellent performance!

Russia, one of the main traditional petroleum exporting countries in the world, locates in the top marketing list of Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. since her establishment in 1992 .
The contract of ZJ50 Solids Control System in 2009 pushes KOSUN to a new higher sales level in Russian region.
ZJ50 Solids Control System is used in Nizhnevartovsk, one of the coldest areas in Russia, where the common temperature is about -40℃. Despite the extremely low temperature, KOSUN equipment and after-sales service men gained high recognition by the excellent performance and qualified services.

In the year of 2008, the first overseas branch company of Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, marking KOSUN became the first multinational corporation among solids control system manufacturers in China.
On Jan. 18th, 2014, ES-KSN Environmental Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd. (ES-KSN for short), jointly funded by ES and Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd., was formally founded. It is aiming at providing drilling waste management services and R&D, manufacturing and marketing of solids control equipment and waste management equipment, and further extending KOSUN’s industrial chain.

At the founding ceremony, Mr. Geng Feng, general manger of Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. and Mr. Tarek, representative of ES signed the contract and addressed respectively. “Now, KOSUN is on the way to be an international company, and make great efforts to develop the global market, in order to accomplish the strategic transformation from traditional marketing to the networked marketing and from only relying on the local one to aiming at both international and domestic markets. By reason of exploring new market and boosting larger sales, we reach a consensus with ES to jointly establish ES-KSN Environmental Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd., a China’s leading service enterprise in drilling waste management, to further extend the KOSUN’s industrial chain”.

ES-KSN has developed two business categories: R&D, manufacturing and marketing of solids control equipment and waste management equipment; waste management engineering services, and has devoted to the integrated development of equipment and engineering services as well as provision of first-class equipment and excellent services for all oilfields.

ES-KSN Environmental and Engineering Co., Ltd.(short for ES-KSN)is a joint venture co-founded by ES Company and KOSUN. Established at Gaoxin District of Xi’an in January 2014, ES-KSN has developed twp business modules, of which one extend to R&D, manufacture and marketing of solids control equipment and waste management equipment, the other waste management engineering services, and has devoted to the integrated development of equipment and engineering services as well as provision of first-tier equipment and excellent services for all oilfields.

In the modern society, it has become a trend to employ drilling fluids for drilling operations. Despite of the consequent huge benefits, it remains a necessity to well address the issues arising from it. Vertical Centrifuge, a new product put into market in 2014 by ES-KSN, is able to resolve the issues and prevent oil companies from large amount of spending on drilling fluids.
