    Recently, KOSUN has completed the production of 8PCS LS584 Drilling Fluid Shale Shakers customized for customers in the United Arab Emirates and successfully delivered them.   • A large-scale oily sludge treatment system was sent to the project site in Kuwait, in the Middle East

    Last week, a large-scale oily sludge treatment system designed and manufactured by Xi’an KOSUN was completed and sent to the project site in Kuwait, in the Middle East.
     
    This system is the second batch of large integrated systems ordered by a renowned European environmental engineering company. It will be used in the Kuwait region in the Middle East. Xi’an KOSUN is responsible for the design, production, inspection, transportation, and overseas technical services for the entire project.
     
    The large-scale oily sludge treatment system consists of pre-treatment modules, oil sand separation modules, screening modules, oil-water separation modules, and other components. Its purpose is to address the treatment of waste oil sludge generated during drilling. The system has a processing capacity of 30t/h, and the oil content in the treated solid phase can reach below 3%.
    The large-scale oily sludge treatment system has excellent treatment effects. It can effectively treat waste oil sludge, reduce the cost of solid waste treatment, and achieve harmless and resourceful disposal. It is worth mentioning that the water in this system is recycled, resulting in minimal water consumption for the entire system. It is environmentally friendly, safe, and eliminates secondary pollution.

    Recently, our regular customer purchased a set of centrifugal pump accessories from us, and we delivered the goods as scheduled.  This customer purchased a drilling fluid centrifugal pump from us a few years ago and is now looking for some accessories for the centrifugal pump.    The centrifugal pump has been performing well after several years of use, but some components have aged and need to be replaced.
     

     
    The drilling fluid centrifugal pump is a commonly used power mechanical device used for the transportation or pumping of liquid through rotational power.    It consists of a rotating shaft and one or more impellers.    When the pump shaft rotates, the impellers also rotate, generating centrifugal force.    The centrifugal force draws the liquid from the pump’s inlet and it is discharged through the pump body and outlet.    The main advantages of centrifugal pumps are their simple structure, reliable operation, and easy maintenance, as well as their high conveying capacity.

  • Xi’an KOSUN has successfully delivered a batch of pumps and mud agitators to a customer in Australia

    This week, Xi'an KOSUN successfully transported a batch of equipment to a customer's project site in Australia. The shipment includes submersible slurry pumps, centrifugal pumps, and mud agitators. The equipment produced by Xi'an KOSUN for the Australian customer is intended for tailings dewatering projects.  The materials processed in this process come from the slurry discharged by non-destructive excavation vacuum pumps used in infrastructure projects.

  • The double-layer diesel tanks and water tanks produced by Xi’an KOSUN were shipped to the customer’s project site last week

    Recently, KOSUN successfully delivered customized double-layer diesel tanks and water tanks for a 750-well workover rig system to a client.
     
    The double-layer diesel tank produced by KOSUN is designed specifically as a dedicated fuel tank for oilfield power machinery, such as diesel engines, generators, etc. It mainly consists of a double-layer tank, oil pump, basket filter, turbine flowmeter, level gauge, manifold, stainless steel ball valve, and more.
