  • CECEP signed a strategic cooperation agreement with KOSUN

    On October 31, the signing ceremony of the strategic cooperation between Xi'an Qiyuan Mechanical And Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. and Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. was held in Qiyuan Equipment R&D Building.


     
    KOSUN Chairman Mr. Geng first introduced the achievements of KOSUN in petrochemical and environmental protection equipment in recent years. He said: KOSUN is a specialized company providing solid-liquid separation environmental protection special products and solid waste treatment comprehensive solutions in the field of energy conservation and environmental protection, focusing on sludge reduction, harmless and resource utilization. After years of rapid development, KOSUN has become the leading enterprise in the segmented industry. It is hoped that through the signing of this strategic cooperation agreement, it can fully cooperate with Qiyuan equipment in environmental management, petrochemical industry and infrastructure construction. CECEP Chairman Mr. Kang fully affirmed the development achievements of KOSUN over the years, and introduced the development of Qiyuan equipment in smart electrical equipment, battery equipment, smart factories, etc.


     
    After the meeting, under the joint witness of all the participants, CECEP Chairman Mr. Kang and KOSUN Chairman  Mr. Geng signed a strategic cooperation agreement on behalf of both companies. According to the agreement, the two sides will carry out extensive and in-depth cooperation in the fields of high-end intelligent equipment, energy-saving services, environmental protection engineering, international cooperation and market development, and scientific research cooperation.

  • KOSUN participated in the promotion meeting of small and micro enterprise financial services in Xi’an

    On the afternoon of August 16, 2018, in order to further reduce the difficulty and cost of obtaining loans, the People's Bank of China Xi'an Branch Management Department jointly organized the Municipal Finance Office, the Municipal Work Committee, the Municipal Finance Bureau, the Municipal Taxation Bureau, the Municipal Industry and Commerce Bureau, and the Municipal Free Trade. The heads of relevant departments at the municipal level, etc., held the signing ceremony of the cooperation framework for deepening the financial services of small and micro enterprises in Xi'an and the signing ceremony of the cooperation framework of “Double Promoting Double Excellence, Promoting Financing, Sunshine Credit, and Pratt & Whitney”.


     
    The leaders of various districts and counties and development divisions, the heads of banking financial institutions under the jurisdiction of Xi'an and more than 60 representatives of small and micro enterprises participated in the promotion meeting of Xi'an deepening micro-enterprise financial services. KOSUN was invited to participate in this meeting, and the chairman and the financial manager attended.

     

    At the meeting, as a representative of small and micro enterprises, Mr. Geng, the chairman of KOSUN gave a speech on the experience and suggestions in the financial innovation process of small and micro enterprises and the problems and suggestions in the financing process. Mr. Geng said that KOSUN felt personally this year that the People's Bank and other five ministries and commissions No. 162 documents on the guidance of deepening the financial services of small and micro enterprises and related supporting policies continued to land, which has plagued us for a long time of financing difficulties and financing.   • KOSUN Successfully Won the bid for Kuwait National Petroleum Corporation (KOC) Project

    Recently, Xi'an KOSUN Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “KOSUN Environmental”) successfully won the bid for Kuwait Oil Company's (KOC) 3000HP drilling rig supporting project. The project mainly consists of the design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and on-site service of two sets of 9,000-meter oil drilling rig equipment. The contracted orders amount to several million US dollars and has now entered an intense production phase.

  • KOSUN Successful Cases in Recent Years

    Subway Construction Work Mud Environment-friendly Treatment Site – Guangdong – China
    From 2017 to 2018, KOSUN Environmental Black Rhino KD-500 slurry separation equipment was used in underground diaphragm wall construction of double wheel trench cutter in the Guangdong Subway Project, China. The maximum capacity of the equipment was up to 500m3/h and the separation size was 30~40μm. The high handling capacity and high-quality recycled mud guaranteed the rapid tunneling of double wheel trench cutter. Moreover, the unique two and three-staged separation switching technology made the equipment easily meet the construction requirements of different stratums.

    Drilling Oil-base Mud Treatment Site – Russia
    In 2017, KOSUN Environmental cryophylactic mud solids control system was applied in the oilfield block drilling operations of Russian Lukoil. The actual capacity of the cryophylactic system was 240m3/h. During the drilling operations, the system’s cable troughs and exposed steam pipelines were contained in thermal insulation sheds, along with the thermal insulation system, which guaranteed the normal operation of solids control system in the local severe alpine environment.

    Transmountain Pipe-jacking Operation Slurry Treatment Site of Guanjingkou Water Conservancy & Hydropower Complex Project – Chongqing – China
    In 2016, a large AVN2000 retractable pipe-jacking machine of Herrenknecht AG, equipped with KOSUN Environmental Black Rhino KD series slurry separation system, guaranteed the smooth progress of construction with high-efficiency handling capacity and high-quality recycled mud, and was highly praised by the customer. The less water content in discharged solids and stable and reliable product performance greatly reduced the operating cost.
     
    Daqing Oilfield Oily Sludge Treatment Site – Daqing Heilongjiang – China
    In September 2017, KOSUN Environmental DC450-1000 decanter centrifuge dedicated for mud facilitated the oily sludge treatment in the central oily sludge treatment station at Daqing Oilfield. The field capacity of this project was up to 20m3/h. The treated solids had low water content and the liquid was clear, which completely met the customer’s operating requirements.
     
    Bauxite Tailings Disposal Site – Fiji
    In September 2016, KOSUN Environmental Black Rhino products facilitated the local bauxite tailings disposal project in South Island of the Republic of Fiji in Southeast Asia. The project owner used 400m3/h Black Rhino tailings disposal system, designed and manufactured by KOSUN Environmental, to greatly reduce the red mud discharge on site, enhance the recycling of water resource and the mining speed, improve the ore quality (purity) and save the mining cost.

    Riverway Dredging Site – Yantai Shandong – China
    In October 2017, KOSUN Environmental Black Rhino BRRD series equipment facilitated the local riverway dredging project in Yantai, Shandong. In the project, Black Rhino riverway dredging system, designed and manufactured by KOSUN Environmental, treated about 40,000m3 bottom mud polluted by medium and severe heavy metal and shortened the period of river regulation. A large amount of polluted river sand was backfilled into the river channel after being purified by the system, which effectively reduced the subsequent treatment cost of the project.

    On March 15-18, KOSUN participated in the he 26rd Western Manufacturers Expo in 2018 as an environmental protection enterprise. This expo focused on the Western Manufacturers of all kinds of industry. It is the largest and most high-profile industry event for western Manufacturers!   • KOSUN Product Training Month

    In order to increase employees' understanding of KOSUN products and industries knowledge, KOSUN conducted a series of product training activities in February to improve employees' professionalism.


    This month's training includes: Jet Mud Mixer, mud Pumps, Screw Conveyors, Degassing, Centrifuges, Mud Tank, Slurry treatment plant, Mud Gun, Vertical Cutting Dryer, Drilling Liquid and related knowledge, mud cleaner, shaker, sludge treatment, river dredging and so on.


    Through this month's training, we not only improve the product and industry expertise, but also further improve work efficiency. With the continuous development of the company, we will pay more attention to personnel training. In order to meet the needs of the strategic development of enterprises and enhance the professional competence of employees, training will continue to be implemented.
