The belt conveyor has the advantages of large conveying capacity, simple structure, easy maintenance, and standardized components. It is widely used in industries such as mining, metallurgy, and coal to transport loose materials or items.  According to the requirements of the conveying process, it can be used as a single unit or can be combined with other conveying equipment to form a horizontal or inclined conveying system to meet the needs of different layout types of production lines. It is suitable for conveying bulk materials with a bulk density of less than 1.67 tons/cubic meter and for handling powdery, granular, and small blocky materials that are easy to take, as well as bagged materials such as coal, crushed stone, sand, cement, fertilizer, and grain. The temperature of the materials being transported should be less than 60°C. The length and assembly form of the machine can be determined according to user requirements, and the transmission can be achieved using electric drums or a drive device with a belt drive frame.

The belt conveyor is mainly composed of a frame, conveyor belt, belt roller, tensioning device, and transmission device.
