KS-100-SS Desanding plant
The KOSUN KS-100-SS Desanding plant is of modular system construction. It is designed for the treatment of all kinds of slurries used in common construction techniques.
The KS-100-SS fitted with a desanding cyclone and a fine vibrating shaker.
From the coarse screen, the slurry will drop the desanding module, where a pump unit with a cyclone of 12” in diameter removes sand from the slurry.

KS-250-SS Desanding & Desilting plant
The KOSUN KS-250-SS Desanding & Desilting plant is of modular system construction. It is designed for the treatment of all kinds of slurries used in common construction techniques.
The KS-250-SS consists of a KS250 desanding module fitted with a desanding cyclone and a fine vibrating shaker, and a battery of fine cyclones for subsequent separation of fines.
From the coarse screen, the slurry will drop the desanding module, where a pump unit with a cyclone of 18” in diameter removes sand from the slurry and another pump unit with three cyclones of 6” in diameter carry out a subsequent refinement as desired.

KOSUN KS-425-DS
The KOSUN KS-425-DS Desanding & Desilting plant is of modular system construction. It is designed for the treatment of large amounts of all kinds of slurries used in common construction techniques.
The KS-425-DS consists of a LS604 coarse shaker module fitted with a coarse vibrating screen for removal of large particles, a KS425 desanding module fitted with two desanding cyclones and a fine vibrating shaker, and a battery of desilting cyclones for subsequent separation of fines.
From the coarse shaker, the slurry let into the plant will drop into a collecting trough to then be conveyed through a connecting pipe to the desanding module, where a pump unit with two cyclone of 18” in diameter removes sand from the slurry and another pump unit with six cyclone of 6” in diameter carry out a subsequent refinement as desired.

KOSUN KS-500-TS
The KOSUN KS-500-TS Desanding & Desilting plant is of modular system construction. It is designed for the treatment of large amounts of all kinds of slurries used in common construction techniques.
The KS-500-TS consists of a LS604 coarse shaker module fitted with a coarse vibrating screen for removal of large particles, two sets of KS250 desanding module fitted with a desanding cyclone and a fine vibrating shaker, and a battery of desilting cyclones for subsequent separation of fines.
From the coarse shaker, the slurry let into the plant will drop into a collecting trough to then be separated and conveyed through two connecting pipe to the two sets of desanding module, where a pump unit with a cyclone of 18” in diameter removes sand from the slurry and another pump unit with three cyclones of 6” in diameter carry out a subsequent refinement as desired.
