Project Background:

Kuwait, as a globally significant oil producer, generates a large amount of oily sludge during the process of crude oil extraction and transportation,

posing a severe challenge to the environment. To address this issue, our company designed and constructed a highly efficient and environmentally friendly

50-ton-per-hour on-site oil sludge treatment system for a certain oil company in Kuwait, achieving harmless treatment and resource recovery of oil sludge and contributing

to the sustainable development of the local area.

High-efficiency separation process: By adopting the combined technology of “hot washing + centrifugal separation + chemical conditioning”,

it achieves efficient three-phase separation o
