On Nov 12th, 31 young “guests” visited KOSUN Yongle Solids Control System Factory. They were recently recruited into Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd., which organized this study visit in factory especially for them to have a thorough knowledge of products and for their convenience at work.

Led by the technician, the staff saw ZJ50 Solids Control System to be sent to Europe very soon and the products in Black Rhino Series on that day. During the vist, the technician made a detailed demonstration on such solids control equipment as Shale Shaker, Decanter Centrifuge, Mud Cleaner, Desilter, Desander, Vaccum Degasser, etc. and had a good communication with new staff who thereof understood more about company products.

Prior to this, another half-month study tour in factory was also organized by HR Department for some new staff to know process flows and product features via long-term communication with workers. Then were followed by the product trainings for all new-comers as well as consequent examinations. All these together deepened their understanding of products. This time, they, who failed to participate in the previous factory training, also observed the products in person, getting a better understanding of the products and company.

Once on board, the new employees are supposed to accept an array of training classes covering corporate culture, product knowledge and service system. Turned a full member of the company, they will also have regular theme training concerned with businesses. Both of the internal and external trainings combine together to improve on staff’s overal capability.

Via a series of trainings, new staff had a better understanding of company, which is better for their incorporation into the company, helpful for their future work and enables them to introduce the company as well as products with completeness and accuracy in the conversation with clients.
