KOSUN Joins Hands with ES; ES-KSN Joint Venture Started

On Jan. 18th, 2014, ES-KSN Environmental Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd. (ES-KSN for short), jointly funded by ES and Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd., was formally founded. It is aiming at providing drilling waste management services and R&D, manufacturing and marketing of solids control equipment and waste management equipment, and further extending KOSUN’s industrial chain.

Signing Ceremony between KOSUN and ES

At the founding ceremony, Mr. Geng Feng, general manger of Xi’an KOSUN Machinery Co., Ltd. and Mr. Tarek, representative of ES signed the contract and addressed respectively. “Now, KOSUN is on the way to be an international company, and make great efforts to develop the global market, in order to accomplish the strategic transformation from traditional marketing to the networked marketing and from only relying on the local one to aiming at both international and domestic markets. By reason of exploring new market and boosting larger sales, we reach a consensus with ES to jointly establish ES-KSN Environmental Engineering and Equipment Co., Ltd., a China’s leading service enterprise in drilling waste management, to further extend the KOSUN’s industrial chain”.

ES-KSN has developed two business categories: R&D, manufacturing and marketing of solids control equipment and waste management equipment; waste management engineering services, and has devoted to the integrated development of equipment and engineering services as well as provision of first-class equipment and excellent services for all oilfields.
