Teamwork Cohesion in Christmas-eve Celebration

 In the afternoon on December 24th, 2014, KOSUN held a Christmas-eve party in the headquarter office.

In order to build a festive, sweet and innovative environment, staff elaborately arranged a Christmas scene in activity area. Original, fashionable and creative scene layout was created through close coordination, various suggestions and efforts of everyone.

This is not only a design and layout for Christmas, but more of a teamwork cohesion, which plays an active role in cooperatively developing, striving in unity and creating a better future among staff.

The party started at 2:30PM with the melody of “we wish you merry Christmas…..”. Staff came up with different interesting and lively games and each winner for each round of games was awarded a sweet prize and loser a punishment. Christmas activity finished successfully with everyone’s smile and laughter.

Cohesiveness among company staff is enhanced and spare-time cultural life is enriched through this activity, providing a communication platform for staff. This positive-energy activity fully reflects the organization function and team strength, which is of great significance for sustainable and stable development, reform and innovation and internationalization acceleration of company.
