KOSUN series screw conveyor features

KOSUN solid control screw conveyor can be used to receive the drilling cuttings discharged by the solid control equipment of the drilling rig and transport them to the drilling mud equipment for treatment. The screw conveyor has a design length of 12 feet per section, which allows the screw conveyor to be replaced as a standard wearing part. The screw blade of KOSUN screw conveyor is made of wear-resistant material to ensure its service life.
KOSUN series screw conveyor features:
The KOSUNseries auger conveyors are designed to provide an efficient, low-cost cuttings delivery system for offshore drilling and land drilling units. kosun series screw conveyor processing requirements of high safety standards, its U-shaped groove to cover the guardrail or shield to prevent foreign matter into the groove, and there is a frame to protect the conveyor, and support, improve the rigidity of the overall equipment, and improve the operational safety of staff.
Screw conveyor advantages and characteristics:
The spiral blade is made of wear-resistant thick manganese steel, and can be sprayed with wear-resistant coating to prolong the service life according to customer selection requirements.
The outer belt of the spiral shell strengthens the outer frame skeleton, the overall rigidity of the conveyor is good, and it can be installed horizontally or tilted.
Screw conveyor bearing seat parts are made of aluminum mold casting, fine workmanship, stable performance.
Bearings using the international famous brand NSK or FAG, stable operation, long service life.
The screw conveyor adopts the upper cover plate or steel grille to quickly switch or can be used at the same time. The design direction is used to use the customer's choice. The steel grille adopts the form of quick turnover opening and closing, which is easy to observe and maintain.
The intermediate coupling adopts the small resistance intermediate bearing body to make the product smooth, uniform and fast loading in the process of operation.
The middle bearing seat is equipped with a self-lubricating HWS alloy hanging bearing core and a grease injection nozzle is provided on the outside of the housing, which facilitates grease injection and makes the inner of the self-lubricating HWS alloy hanging bearing core more fully lubricated and prolonging the service life.
The shell cover plate is equipped with a rubber seal to effectively prevent dust leakage during use.
The supporting motor and reducer adopt well-known brands at home and abroad to ensure the long-term stable work of the machinery.
According to customer requirements, the cable switch can be installed to achieve safety protection, and the connection form of the feed port and the discharge port can be customized.
