Oilfield environmental drilling waste management products and equipments usually contains vertical cuttings dryer, drying shaker, decanter centrifuge, screw pump, screw conveyor, etc those can be used for the mud dry processing such as solids control equipment.
Vertical cuttings dryer could be regarded as a vertical centrifuge, and widely used to treat drilling cuttings in oil drilling field. Drill cuttings dryer is the core equipment of drilling waste management. It can be to reduce waste and increase fluid recovery.
Drying Shakers is used in processing cuttings. It is the first phase solids control equipment in the drilling fluids recycling system, which plays an important role in the drilling waste management. With a stable and durable drying shaker, it brings to customer both the economical and the environmental benefits.
Decanter centrifuge is the fourth phase solids control equipments. It is located behind the mud cleaner and desilter, using the centrifugal principle to separate the solid particles above 2-7μm from the drilling fluids. Decanter Centrifuge is also called Decanting Centrifuge, Horizontal Spiral Centrifuge, Horizontal Decanter Centrifuge, Centrifuge Separator, Screw Decanter Centrifuge and so on.
Screw conveyor basically has three forms: horizontal, diagonal and combination. Screw conveyor can be used with other transportation equipment to complete the combined or separate transportation of mixing, blending, dehydration, compound, unloading and stacking, etc. Screw conveyor is mainly used for drilling waste fluid and cuttings transportation.
