Study on Treatment and Disposal Process of Oily Sludge in Refinery
May 10, 2019
Along with the accelerated consumption of natural resources, enterprises are increasingly paying more attention to waste utilization technology, and the shortage of natural resources in China is particularly serious. Therefore, the research on the waste resource utilization is even more significant in China. This text mainly introduces the production and treatment difficulties of oily sludge, the problems in the use of decanter centrifuge, and proposed countermeasures.
1. Production and treatment difficulties of oily sludge
1.1 Production of oily sludge
1.2 Difficulties in the treatment of oily sludge
2. Use of the decanter centrifuge
2.1 Selection of flocculant
2.2 Strong vibration in running
2.3 High solid-content sludge
2.4 H2S and other toxic, odor gases
3. Conclusion
The physical, chemical and biological treatment methods are used to systematically and comprehensively investigate the water quality characteristics, the options of outlets, the removal of oil and suspended solids, and the removal of various organic substances in refinery chemical wastewater. The conclusion is as follows: Although there are many factors affecting the removal rate of organic matter in refinery chemical wastewater, through the comprehensive renovation and expansion of the sewage treatment plant, as long as key links, such as the influent water quality, alkalinity, dissolved oxygen, sludge concentration and nitrogen and phosphorus concentrations, are strictly controlled, the removal rate of organic matter and the quality of effluent water can be improved, and the degree of environmental pollution can be reduced.
