It is very important to treat and dispose of waste oil-based mud from drilling in a timely and harmless manner.
KOSUN oil-based mud zero discharge system processing process: the drilling fluid mud to be processed is transported to the cuttings dryer (cuttings drying machine, drilling cuttings drying machine), and the treated drilling fluid mud is transported to the drilling fluid centrifuge for further processing, and the mud liquid after the drilling fluid centrifuge treatment is re-injected into the mud circulation system. The treated waste is transported to the cuttings box.
The equipment of the oil-based mud zero discharge system includes: high-speed drilling fluid centrifuge (with screw pump), drill cuttings dryer (also known as cuttings drying machine, drilling cuttings drying machine), dosing device, Screw conveyor, cuttings box.
