KOSUN MD210 mud cleaner wins much praise from customers.
Dec 16, 2019
KOSUN MD210 mud cleaner is the second and third-stages solids control equipment in the drilling fluid solids control system, and further separates fine sand and other impurities contained in the mud treated by the shale shaker, facilitating mud to enter the fourth stage separation equipment. MD210 Cleaner can be used separately, and its underflow shale shaker can also be used as standby equipment in parallel with the first-stage solid control shale shaker, and our company can provide corresponding diversion manifold.
The LS703 underflow shale shaker of MD210 Cleaner is a high frequency linear-motion vibrating screen machine, equipped with three screen panels and two vibrating motors, and offering a choice of manually adjusting screen frame angle while drilling (AWD). When LS703 shale shaker works, the screen frame angle can be adjusted from -1° to +5° by dint of innovation of its structural design. LS703 shale shaker can separate drilling cuttings efficiently. Fix vibrating motors onto a high-strength supporting beam of screen frame, and position them on the screen bed, and the positioning in this way can make vibrating motors directly exert G-forces on screens. The isolation mounts can protect the bedframe from vibration effect of the screen frame. The screen bed humps slightly in favor of tensioning screens. This method of tensioning screens can enhance performance and service life of screens. Mud is fed to LS703 shale shaker via the collection pan of desilter and desander or via the feeder.
The cyclones of desilter and desander are designed according to the particle sedimentation principle. The drilling fluid as a separating medium spirally enters the cyclones along their inner walls at a certain pressure and speed by virtue of sand pump. The coarser particles spirally sink along inner walls of cyclones under the effect of centrifugal force and gravity, discharge from underflow outlet and fall onto the lower shale shaker with fine-mesh screens for separation, and other mediums spirally rise along cyclones and enter the next stage separation equipment from the overflow outlet for further purification treatment.
