KOSUN solids control system can conduct a staged treatment on drilling mud, and mix, degas, weight and stir drilling mud, and can also supply wellhead mud.


 
The set of system is made up of mud tank, cable trough and solids control equipment. The whole system includes such five-stage solids control equipment as shale shaker, desander, desilter, centrifuge, vacuum degasser and duty room, and contains mud mixing and weighting system, mud dosing system, mud make-up system, clear water supply system, electrical control system, lighting system, etc. This set of system is coated with durable material, which ensures that the system can be used in an abrasive and corrosive environment.


 
KOSUN solids control system adopts a multifunctional design, which makes the system meet the use requirements for different well depths and various mud systems. The solids control system is specially used to treat and mix mud in the process of drilling. Each system and flow can work independently or simultaneously.
