ZJ70 Drilling Rig Solids Control System
The solids control system is the solid particle control system. The solids control system is one of the eight major components of the drilling project. It is responsible for the mud injection required by the drilling rig during the drilling process. The solids control system filters the mud fed back by the drilling rig. Separation, deployment, and recycling of drilling fluid, also known as mud purification system, which will make the drilling process safer and smoother.
ZJ50 Drilling Rig Solids Control System
The solids control system generally consists of mud shale shaker, vacuum degasser, an integrated desanding and desilting machine, drilling fluid centrifuge, mud agitator, liquid-gas separator, an electric control system, a sand pump and 3 to 9 mud mixer tank composition. The tanks of the entire circulation system can be separated and connected to meet the needs of drilling operations. The bottom valve of the suction manifold can be opened flexibly and sealed reliably after closing. These solid control equipment perform their respective duties, ensuring that the solid control system separates and treats cuttings, mud sand and other particles in the drilling fluid, maintains the performance of the drilling fluid, and stores the circulating drilling fluid. Used to improve the physical and chemical properties of drilling fluids to meet the needs of drilling work.
